[Ph.D.] Schedule for Ph.D. Preliminary Dissertation Evaluation_2017 2nd

Keep note that this is for the Ph.D. students who are going to graduate in Aug. 2018 
students who are going to graduate in Aug. 2018 must submit the following documents to Ms. Haemin, Park who is in charge of academic affairs in this ECE office within designated date.

1) Deadline for submitting the document ''Composition of Dissertation Guidance Committee''(위원위촉보고서_file 1)
:  2017 October 10th  ~ 2017 November 3th


2) Deadline for submitting the document called ''Dissertation Guidance Report''(논문지도결과보고서_file 2) and ''국제학술지게재확인서_file 2''
: 2017 December 4th ~ 2018 January 31st


Regulations and Procedures of the School on Doctoral Dissertation Evaluation
※ Bylaws of the School (Doctoral Program)

Ph.D students acquire the eligibility to submit dissertations only after they have published (or obtained an acceptance letter) a minimum of 1 academic paper in an internationally renowned journal(SCI/SCIE) as the first author and presented or published a minimum of 1 among international conferences, domestic journals or registered international patents.

To submit a doctoral dissertation evaluation application form, students must, before the semester of the prospective conferment of their degrees, create the dissertation guidance committee, present and be approved of the dissertation proposal by the dissertation guidance committee, and submit the dissertation guidance report to the School Office by the end of the semester.
