[Welcome Center] Invitation to 1st Anniversary and Int'l Student Orientation

The International Student Welcome Center at the College of Engineering cordially invites you to
1st Anniversary Celebration on March 15, 2018 at 11:30 in room B103 of the College of Engineering's main building (building 39). 

We extend a special welcome to the international members joining us this semester.
It is a great pleasure having you here, contributing to a growing international community on our campus
and bringing in valuable expertise and ideas from abroad.
We encourage you to attend the
Spring 2018 International Student Orientation which takes place just before
the 1st anniversary celebration at 11:00 in the same location.

College of Engineering Welcome Center
The International Student Welcome Center, located in building 38, room 202, opened its doors on March 17, 2017.
The Welcome Center with its friendly staff provides information and assistance with whatever question or problem you might face during your stay at SNU. In addition, a lounge with workspaces, a seating area, and free coffee and snacks invites you to rest for a chat over coffee and make new friends.


Since its inauguration a year ago, the Welcome Center accommodated over 1'500 students.
We greatly appreciate your genuine support that has brought the Welcome Center to where it is today.

College of Engineering Free Korean Language Classes for Students and Family Members


▶ Course Levels: Level 1 (for beginners starting with the Korean alphabet) and Level 2 (intermediate)
▶ Course Duration: twice a week for two hours, 10 weeks
▶ Sign-up Fee: KRW100,000 (first class, 100% refunded if you attend over 80% of the classes)
▶ Application deadline: March 16, 2018
