The alumni association for electrical engineering held a scholarship award ceremony on April 19th, 2019, at the faculty meeting room of the department and La Cucina.

This ceremony was attended by Dean of College of Engineering Kook Heon Char, President of the alumni association Koh Kwang-Ill (Electrical Engineering 34th graduate, CEO of Koh Young Technology), Alumnus Kyu-Dong Sung, Alumnus Dongwon Park, Emeritus Professor Wook Hyun Kwon, Department Chair Byoungho Lee, Vice Department Chair of Student Affairs Sungroh Yoon, and other alumni professors. 17 ECE students were chosen as the recipients of scholarships including 알프리 Scholarship, Koh Young Technology Scholarship, EO Technics Scholarship, Hoseok Chae (채호석) Scholarship, Wook Hyun Kwon Hope Scholarship (희망장학금), Jong Keun Park Scholarship, and Taehyoung Kim (김태형) Scholarship.
