On November 21st, 2018, executives and working level staffs of Google, including CEO John Lee, CEO Junsung Hong, and Manager Aimin Zhu, visited our department and discussed cooperation possibilities such as expanding internship programs for students.

From our department, department chair Byoungho Lee, professor Wonyong Sung, professor Bohyung Han, and professor Kyomin Jung attended the meeting. Google recently established the AI focused research awards program, and professors Wonyong Sung and Bohyung Han from our department were selected as the first recipients.
