Qualification for application -M.S.: completion of at least 2 semesters with more than 12 credits -Ph.D.: completion of at least 2 semesters with more than 18 credits -Combined Ph.D.: completion of at least 5 semesters with more than 36 credits -Common requirement: 1)Completion of \"The Environmental protection and safety Course\" 2)Completion of \"Sexual Assault Prevention Seminar\"   3)At least more than 9 credits obtained from School of Electrical Engineering.   (except S/U courses and Mandatory Seminar Course)    3.
