English score you submitted when you applied for SNU is only used for admission.
So International Students should submit English Test Result as Qualifying Test.
(International Students who speaks English as a mother tongue have no choice but to take Korean test or Korean course stated below)
There are language test and major written test in QT.
As a language test, you have to submit English score taken within 2 years from the day of submission to the department office.
For example, let us suppose you took iBT TOEFL on August 31st 2010, and you submit the result to the department office on September 1st 2012.
Because it\'s valid only 2 years, it can\'t be acceptable.
So if you have acceptable score, please submit TOEFL or TEPS score ASAP.
The score should be submitted before period of Qualifying Test application.
Also you can take Korean Language Test every March and September run by SNU.
Or you may take Korean Language and Culture1 (990.804) or Korean Language and Culture2 (990.805). These courses are opened by Department of Korean Language & Literature every regular semester. You should get S(S/U) or more than C- (A~F).
