If you want to change your committee members, fill in the form attached. and submit it to Jaeseon LEE in this office by June 5th.(attached file, 88)

1. -committee member is  the Prof. in outside university : 1, 2, 3 page needed

the presentation date for dissertatoin evaluation designated by ECE office is May 30th.
If you have not yet notified the staff, Jaeseon LEE in ECE office, of the presentation date, let her know this information by April 30th.(presentation date have to be confirmed by committee members)

   1) if your committee members are fine with the date, May 30th.: notify the staff that all the committee members are fine with this date. then, we will let you know the place and time for presentation.

: if your committee member is not possible for specific time, please let her know this information too.

2) if your committee members are not available on May 30th. : arrange your presentation date with the committee members and book a seminar room by yourself and let her know this information.
