Dear International Students at the College of Engineering,

The International Student Welcome Center cordially invites all College of Engineering international students to our 2018 Spring Semester End Party. The event takes place on Friday, June 15th from 11:00 to 14:00 in the 1st basement floor of building 39 (room B103, Bldg 39). In order to order enough food please indicate your attendance by filling out the RSVP at https://goo.gl/ngtYZ8

This year, a video contest called “I love the Welcome Center!” will take place during the event. In the video you can show us in up to 3 minutes what the International Students Welcome Center is and how it affects your life at the College of Engineering at SNU by telling a story, dancing, performing a skit, etc. To participate in the video contest, submit your video by email to welcome@eng.snu.ac.kr. The message should contain your name, department. If the video is too big to be emailed, please bring it to the Welcome Center on a USB stick. Let your imagination run wild!

Video contest prizes:  

1. 1.place (1 team) 100,000 KRW cultural gift voucher
2. 2.place (2 teams) 50,000 KRW cultural gift voucher
3. 3.place (3 teams) 30,000 KRW cultural gift voucher

Registration deadline for the video submission is on June 12, 2018 at 15:00. Winners will be determined by voting of the participants of the Semester End Party. The winning videos may be used by the Welcome Center as promotional videos. The Welcome Center reserves the rights to use the submitted videos.

Last but not least, we would like to celebrate our 2018 spring graduates. If you are a 2018 spring graduate and would like to have a chance to share your experiences at SNU and thank your colleagues, you are welcome to give a brief speech during the event.
