Regulation is different depending on student number. If you can read Korean, check Korean Board first. If not, drop by office to check out requirements for QT.

Once again, make sure that students who are in MS/Ph.D Integrated degree Program must drop by this office. You need to check Korean Board if you can understand Korean. If not, drop by this ECE office or email me to check the eligibility to apply for QT.

1.Registration Period: 2019 July 15(Mon) ~ July 26(Fri) by 17:00 [Keep the deadline]
Access to https://ece.snu.ac.kr/graduation/ then fill out the form online and print it out.
You need to submit application form including other required documents to this ECE office (building 301 room 319. Ms. Kim min-a)
If you want to cancel the on-line registration you’ve done already, let her know the cancellation by email or in person.

2.Test Date : Sep. 7 (Sat) 9:00am~11:00am (for 2 hours)
- Intended for : MS / PhD , integrated MS/Doc
You may not enter the room once the test starts. You may leave the test place 1 hour later from the test start (time).

3.Research Plan Presentation : Sep. 20 (Fri)
This is only for the students who are in integrated MS/Doc degree. This is only for the students who already submitted the document called ‘지속원’
-presentation time : 10 minutes-presentation time / 10 minutes-Q&A time / 5 minutes- evaluation time
-committee members(thesis examiners) : 3 professors in ECE dept.
(committee members consist of chair, vice-chair(thesis prof.), examiner)
(Thesis examiners will be decided by thesis advisor.)

4.Result paper deadline for Research Plan Presentation : Sep. 20 (Fri) by 18:00
-This is only for the students who are in integrated MS/Doc degree

5.Eligibility for QT
You need to meet all requirements to take QT(exam). Only eligible students can take the test. Check the eligibility below before you apply.

1)Completion of at least 2 semester

Remarks
Check your email often.
- you are supposed to seat assigned. Check it out when you enter the test place.
- you must bring your student card / the calculator can be used. (keep note that you cannot share it in the middle of test)
- you can take your test paper.
- only use pen (pencils are not accepted)
- safety course : Temporary certificate cannot be available. There will be safety course in Feb. 2019 soon. Schedule will be updated this english board in the middle of Jan. 2019.
- how many subjects you may choose:
students who are in MS and integrated ms/doc (admitted this ECE dept. after the year of March 2012) : two subjects
students who are in doctoral degree : three subjects
