if you have korean name officially, you may write the name. (option A)
but if you dont have korean name, you may write english nickname. (option B)

if you do not choose neither A nor B, your korean name in SNU system will be automatically marked 'last name'.
keep note that only your english name in SNU system will be marked in all of certificates including the diploma.
