Notice on the Operation of a Dedicated Service Desk for International Students
To ensure prompt processing of immigration-related matters for international students and to alleviate congestion during the peak period in September, the Seoul Immigration Office will operate a dedicated service desk for international students as follows:
1. Operation Period and Hours
September 18 (Thu) – September 19 (Fri), 2025
09:00 – 18:00 (Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00)
2. Eligible Applicants
International students under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Immigration Office who hold the following visa statuses and have been unable to make a reservation or submit an online application:
