연구실 소개 및 연구분야

최근 들어 전력소모, 잡음 및 회로의 안정성 문제는 더 이상의 반도체 디바이스 축소 (Moore's Law)와 이에 따른 단순한 집적도 증가 경쟁을 무의미하게 만들고 있다. 아날로그 및 혼성 신호 IC 설계 연구실(AMiC)은 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 Very Deep-Submicron 공정기술에 적합한 아날로그-디지털 혼합회로를 연구하고 있으며, 궁극적으로 VLSI 설계의 모든 계층구조를 효과적으로 결합(Holistic 반도체 설계)하여 저전력/초고속 시스템 반도체를 설계할 수 있는 기반기술을 연구하고 있다.
