SNU college of engineering announced on the 25th that Kyoung Mu Lee, professor of electrical and computer engineering, was elected as the next president of Korean Conference of Computer Vision (KCCV). The one-year presidential term will start this coming 1st of August.

SNU selected 25 promising researchers as ‘2018 Leading Creative Researchers’ who will be supported by SNU to lay the groundwork for the cultivation of talented researchers. The conferment ceremony was held at the Faculty Club on the 16th.

The donation will be used to purchase multiple high performance computers for the ‘Introduction to IoT, AI, Big Data and Practice’ course developed by SNU College of Engineering
