1. Purpose
❍ To encourage the academic engagement of international students who face financial difficulties but demonstrate strong growth potential

2 Eligibility and Scholarship Details
□ Eligibility Requirements (All conditions must be met)
International graduate students (Master’s, Doctoral, or combined Master’s–Doctoral programs) who are enrolled at the university as of the Fall Semester of the 2025 Academic Year
※Priority will be given to students who, as of the Fall Semester of the 2025 Academic Year: - Are not receiving any other scholarships - Are living with accompanying family members - Have urgent financial or humanitarian needs
□ Scholarship Details
❍ Scholarship Period: Fall Semester of the 2025 Academic Year (one-time payment)
❍ Amount: Up to KRW 3,000,000 per student for one semester

4 Scholarship Application
□ Application Method
❍ Required documents must be submitted by the applicant’s affiliated department to the Office of International Affairs via the official electronic system.
❍ Required Documents (Documents may be submitted in either English or Korean)
1) Global Subsidy Scholarship Application Form
2) Academic Transcript for the Fall Semester of the 2025 Academic Year
3) Copy of the applicant’s bank account (must be under the applicant’s own name; proxy accounts not accepted)
4) Certificate of Scholarship Award(s)
5) Certificate of Family Relationship (if applicable)
6) Documents proving financial hardship (e.g., income-related documents) (if applicable)
7) Medical certificate, hospitalization confirmation, medical receipts, etc. (if applicable)
※ Documents 5–7 are required only if applicable.

❍ Department→College/Graduate School: By January 9, 2026 (Fri)
❍ College/Graduate School→Office of International Affairs: By January 16, 2026 (Fri)

※ Scholarship payment: February 2026 (tentative)

5. Scholarship Disbursement and Management
□ Payment Schedule and Method
The scholarship will be paid as an academic support grant to the bank account submitted at the time of application.
Payment is scheduled for early February 2026.

□ Concurrent Receipt of Other Scholarships
In most cases, this scholarship may be received concurrently with tuition-based scholarships, living expense scholarships, or one-time academic support grants.
※ However, recipients must confirm with the administering organization of their current scholarship whether concurrent receipt is permitted.

□ Discontinuation and Refund of Scholarship
Scholarship eligibility will be revoked, and payment may be suspended or refunded if the recipient:
• Is expelled or dismissed from the university
• Receives disciplinary action for violating university regulations
• Engages in behavior contrary to the purpose of the scholarship
