Announcement of the 2026 Seoul Tech Scholarship

Overview

The Seoul Metropolitan Government is pleased to announce the selection process for the 2026 Seoul Tech Scholarship, a program designed to support and nurture outstanding international talents in engineering.

We encourage foreign students and engineering who wish to continue their master’s degree research in Korea to apply this program.

1. Eligibility

- Prospective international students planning to enroll in a master’s degree program in engineering

- Applicants whose parents or themselves are Korean nationals are not eligible.

• Applicants must have completed their undergraduate degree outside of Korea (Korean bachelor's degree holders are not eligible)

2. Application Period

- Online Application (Google Forms):

December 22, 2026 – March 6, 2026 (by 4:00 PM, KST)

- Submission of Supporting Documents by Mail:

Until March 25, 2026

3. Required Documents

- Required Forms (one copy each, using designated forms):

Application Form, Personal Statement, Study Plan, Letter of Recommendation, Applicant Agreement, and Agreement on the Collection and Use of Personal Information

- Supporting Documents:

Academic Transcript, Certificate of Graduation, Nationality Verification Documents, Apostille Confirmation

Optional Documents (if applicable):

Official Language Proficiency Certificate, Additional Certificates or Records of Achievements
