Seoul National University is pleased to announce the Seoul National University President Fellowship (SPF) for the Fall 2026 semester. The SPF offers faculty members from major universities in developing countries (with a preference for those from Asia, Africa, and South America) the opportunity to pursue their Ph.D. degree at SNU.

We invite qualified students who demonstrate academic promise to apply for the Fall 2026 semester. Please refer to the attached guidelines and forms for detailed information about the scholarship.

Note that applicants must apply for the scholarship online simultaneously with their application for admission to SNU. Applicants should carefully review the attached guidelines and be mindful of the admissions timeline.
